Ingradients:
Amalaki - 10
Jaggery - 2 cups
Cardmom powder - 2 pinch
Recipe:
1. Wash
the Amalaki thoroughly, prick with fork, Boil in plenty of water for 10 minutes
till they become soft over a high flame, drain and keep aside.
2. In a pan add jaggery and 1 cup of water bring
it to boil till jaggery melts and it turns into syrup form, add amalaki and
boil over medium flame for 30-40
minutes, allow it to cool for 48 hours.
3. On 3 rd day remove Amalaki from syrup and boil
the syrup till 2-3 string.
4. Now add Amalaki and simmer for 15 minutes on low
flame. Cool completely, store in mud pot.
How to use: It
is eaten either alone or with Chapati or Roti.
